NWAP’s leadership, estimators, technicians, and service teams represent decades of experience in operable partitions and architectural construction. In addition, our Core Values dictate how we operate and interact with our customers and partners.
From first contact with our customers, we are actively working to provide the best answers for the specifics of a project, coordinating and accommodating schedules, and finding the best solutions to work within the customer’s budget.
Our Team of Specialists
Since our inception in 2000, NWAP has built a great team of specialists who have played a role in providing operable partitions for many prominent projects around the Northwest.
In addition, NWAP’s dedicated service team has built a reputation of dependability, honesty, and integrity as we strive to provide our customers with the best service available. Our products and services enhance the user experience in a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, education, hospitality, religious, retail, and tech-oriented organizations.
Meet the Team
Bryce Williams, President
Since starting NWAP in 2000, Bryce is an involved leader, providing project management and operation’s oversight. He carefully selects each NWAP employee, not just for their specific skills for their job set, but also their ability to adhere to NWAP’s core values and their desire to work as a team to benefit the customer.
Outside of work, Bryce is a dedicated husband and father who enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his kids’ athletic teams. In addition, he participates in various ministries at his church including short term mission trips.
Ginger Mullendore, Office Manager
Ginger has over 25 years in construction administration and has been with NWAP the past nine years. She is your ‘go-to’ person in the office. Outside of the office, Ginger enjoys spending time with her family, Corgi’s and seasonal activities.
Brian Goodwill, Estimator
Brian is a 25-year veteran of the construction industry and has been estimating for NWAP since 2018. In his free time, Brian enjoys playing and connecting with his kids and grandkids. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, working in the yard and orchard, and fellowship with friends at church.
Jay Mitten, Director of Operations
Jay is a 27-year veteran in the operable wall industry and is well versed in all things gym safety. He started as a technician for NWAP in 2008 and has worked his way up to Director of Operations. Jay is one of the best when it comes to understanding and taking care of our customers’ service needs. Jay enjoys the outdoors, camping, relaxing on the weekends, and spending time with his grandkids and family.
Gage Williams, Operations Coordinator
Gage has a couple years of experience working as a field technician for NWAP. He recently moved into a position as operations coordinator. With a positive attitude and a determined mindset Gage is ready for anything thrown at him.
When not with his wife and new puppy, Gage enjoys spending his free time welding and fabricating various things.
Rob Gallaway, Technician
Rob is a 20 plus year veteran of the Operable Partition and Gym Safety industry. He is a product expert and whizz when it comes to solving challenges. When not at work, you can find Rob as the lead singer and guitarist for his band Goat Shack. He also enjoys boating and crabbing on his beloved Camano Island.
Patrick Fuller, Technician
Patrick started in the Operable Partition industry in January 2015. During that time, he was involved with planning and leading several specialized and detailed projects in the greater Seattle area. He finds great pride in mentoring and leading his colleagues when out in the field and is the master of troubleshooting issues. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys spending time with friends and family and taking long road trips on his Harley. Patrick has a passion for aviation and has plans to pursue learning to fly airplanes.
Trevor Sutherland, Technician
Trever started in the operable partition industry in 2016. Since joining NWAP, he has been an asset to our team. His attention to detail, customer focus and positive attitude have always been a great help to reaching our clients’ goals.In his spare time, Trever enjoys being with his wife and their dogs. When not remodeling their house, they enjoy riding their motorcycles to new destinations.
Joshua Large, Technician
Josh is NWAP’s skilled carpenter-apprentice. He joined the NWAP field crew in 2022, spending the final two years of his apprenticeship proving to be a valuable asset to the NWAP team.
Outside of work, Josh shares his life with his high school sweetheart and a home full of two dogs and two cats. Josh is a car enthusiast and loves finding ways to expand his skillsets. He also loves the outdoors, often going on adventures with his family and friends hiking, paddle boarding, or mountain biking.
