This fabulous new gathering place right on the waterfront in Edmonds, is a spectacular example of collaboration between a city government and the community. The new center provides a much needed replacement to the previous senior center that once occupied the site, as well as provide a wellness center, culinary programs complete with state-of-the-art teaching kitchen, a game room, a bistro that is open for lunch, several flexible multi-purpose rooms which provide community banquet space and a walk-up window that sells gelato and espresso. Environmental Works did an amazing job designing the civic center which is a shining beacon on the beach. W.G. Clark is the builder of record and constructed the facility to the highest standards. NWAP furnished and installed two Moderco Signature 841 Series operable partitions complete with high STC ratings, pass doors with panic devices and exit signs, remote stacking and bi-folding pocket doors.
