W HOTEL – BALLROOM RENOVATION

NWAP installed two custom Moderco 842 operable partitions for the W Hotel ballroom renovation. We also refurbished an existing partition to match the updated finishes.

Hotel Indigo meeting and event space partition

HOTEL INDIGO – MEETING & EVENT SPACES

NWAP installed a Moderco 741 partition and a 743E motorized system at Hotel Indigo. Together, they support flexible meeting and event layouts.

GRADUATE HOTEL – MOUNTAINEERING CLUB

NWAP installed a Solar Innovations G2 folding glass wall at the Mountaineering Club. The system creates a flexible glass enclosure within the renovated space.

CHATEAU STE. MICHELLE – TASTING ROOM

NWAP installed a Moderco Signature 842 acoustical partition at the winery. The system creates flexible private-event space within the tasting room.

LUMEN FIELD – PRO SHOP EXPANSION

NWAP installed a Hawa V-Tec glass partition for the Lumen Field Pro Shop expansion. It allows the storefront to open fully during events and game days.

HILTON GARDEN INN – LYNNWOOD

NWAP installed two Moderco Excel 741 partitions at Hilton Garden Inn Lynnwood. They include pass doors, acoustical pocket doors, and retractable seal activators.

Glass partition installation at Allied Health in Seattle

ALLIED HEALTH – SEATTLE

NWAP installed a Hawa V-Tec system at the Allied Health facility in Seattle. It provides a flexible glass partition solution for the space.

EDMONDS WATERFRONT CENTER

NWAP installed two Moderco Signature 841 partitions at Edmonds Waterfront Center. They include high STC ratings, pass doors, remote stacking, and bi-folding pocket doors.

ARCHER HOTEL – REDMOND

NWAP installed two Moderco 742 Excel Series partitions at the Archer Hotel in Redmond. They provide flexible room separation within the boutique hotel.

HILTON GARDEN INN – REDMOND

NWAP installed two Moderco Excel 742 partitions and three Solar Innovations folding glass walls. Together, the systems support flexible meeting and indoor-outdoor event layouts.

GRACE ACADEMY – MARYSVILLE

NWAP installed three Moderco Excel 742 paired-panel partitions for Grace Academy’s new addition. They separate classroom and commons spaces as needed.

Operable partition installation at Marriott Tacoma

MARRIOTT TACOMA – MEETING & BANQUET SPACES

NWAP provided four Moderco Signature 841 and 842 partitions for Marriott Tacoma. Two systems span 85 feet and use curve and diverter track configurations.

PLU – SCHOOL OF NURSING

NWAP installed two Moderco Excel 742 paired-panel partitions at PLU’s Clinical Learning and Simulation Center. They provide flexible separation within instructional spaces.
